Project Overview
Q Flooring Systems was appointed to refurbish the commercial production kitchen flooring at Liverpool Football Club. Working within a strict nine-day shutdown period, the project involved specialist substrate preparation, moisture protection and the installation of a high-performance Polyaspartic Quartz resin flooring system, allowing the kitchen to return to operation with minimal disruption.
Scope of Works
- Mechanical preparation of the existing concrete substrate
- Installation of a specialist damp proof membrane

- 100mm seamless integral resin skirting
- Repairs to drainage grilles, manhole covers and threshold strips
- Detailed finishing around drainage channels and existing services
The Outcome
The project was completed safely and on programme, delivering a seamless, hygienic and highly durable resin flooring solution designed to withstand heavy foot traffic, wheeled equipment and regular washdowns.
